What should I bring?

Necessities: hair grooming items. Women: face powder, lipstick, and hairpins.
Mothers: baby care items, change of outfit, favorite rattle, toy, blanket, pacifier, etc.
Accessories: simple jewelry selection (casual and dressy). Hat if appropriate.
Wardrobe: 2-3 change of outfits and shoes.
Men: Change of shirt/tie and/or jacket

What should I wear to the studio?

Loose fitting comfortable clothes.

What should I know about makeup?

Do: Apply generous foundation layer with a finishing powder over face, neck and upper chest.
Choose eye makeup in lighter color shades and apply as for formal eveningwear. Apply blush
and lip color in colortones you would use for normal daytime wear. Bring makeup supplies to
your session for touchups as needed..

What should I know about hairstyle?

Do: Freshly washed clean hair. Style normally. Bring hairpins for updo styling. Don’ts: New haircut. New, unfamiliar hair products. Drastic hairstyle change.
